To evaluate a requirement we may need to share relevant, non-identifying details of a request with potential supply sources. We share only what is necessary to obtain sourcing information.

We use a small number of third parties to operate this website. They receive only what they need to perform their function, and we do not permit them to use your information for their own purposes.

Brevo delivers the notification emails generated when you submit a sourcing request or supplier registration. The details you enter in those forms, including any files you attach, pass through Brevo in order to reach us.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from automated abuse. When you open a page containing a form, Turnstile receives technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics in order to distinguish real visitors from bots. It does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server request data, such as IP address, in the course of serving pages to you.

This website sets no cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, so there is nothing to consent to and no preferences for you to manage. Nothing is stored on your device when you browse the site or submit a form.

The bot-protection check described above works without storing anything on your device. Should we ever introduce cookies or analytics, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to process your request and for reasonable business and record-keeping purposes.
